I apologise for my lack of consistency on my blog. Sometimes you have to be selfish (IN A GOOD WAY) as I have learnt in order to get to where you want to be. The picture above has inspired me to keep working on who I am and what I have to do. Sometimes you should take a break, think and then DO! Don't rush. In its time.

"Who says I can't be ayy?" Well well well, there might be a little bit of controversy with this topic. I was born in England, London. However, my parents are Nigerian and I very much just say I am Nigerian. T. he H.ate U.G.ive (T.H.U.G)

The Hate U Give REVIEW The meaning: T.H.U.G. I was brought back when I found out what it stood for. It got deep when I found out who more or less gave that meaning ; TuPac a legend where he’s music legacy is clear as day. I watched this movie for the first time in November with my friend. The movie was so detailed on the ins and outs of what a brown-skinned family would face because of the colour of their skin in America.   You can tell this movie was created to make us embrace Starr (main character) - to feel the pain of Starr’s family as if it were our own, to feel the pain Starr felt when her friend Khalil died and then suddenly later on she realised her other best friend passed away when they were younger in a drive-by shooting! THE POWER OF PROCRASTINATION

You're probably thinking how can procrastination have power?  It does.  And we give it so much power when we say "I'll do that in a minute, I'll start it later, I'll do it tomorrow..." and so many other "beautiful" excuses!  By the time we realise, it's literally hours later which then turns into days, then months.. now it's 5 years later and you're looking back thinking what went wrong? Sometimes it could be a lack of motivation... But the greatest outcome of it all is that we are still able to give whatever we were procrastinating on, another chance! It's never too late to continue where you left off.  It goes the same for this blog.
